Meet the Art Team
Eugene Markevich is a Art program director and drawing artist based in Grande Prairie. He was born in a capital of Latvia, Riga and showed an interest in drawing from a young age. Eugene quickly developed a talent for pencil drawing and spent much of his free time sketching and refining his skills.
He attended the local high school, where he took every art class available, and then went on to study fine arts at Riga Art And Design College. While in college, he focused on honing his pencil drawing techniques and experimenting with different subjects and styles.
His drawings often depict still life, landscapes, and abstract. In his free time, Eugene enjoys exploring 3D printing and aviation.

Photography has been my passion for over 10 years, and I promise that you will never see me without a camera.
I'm inspired by the purity of nature, the diversity of cultures, and the enlightenment that comes from travel.
Growing up in Vancouver, BC allowed me gain a respect for both natural and cultural beauty in a truly diverse setting. While the Coastal Mountains were in my backyard to explore, my days were filled with friends, food, art and traditions from around the the globe. That, coupled with being fortunate enough to have traveled from a young age, has solidified my love and drive to explore the world.
These days I live in Grande Prairie, Alberta. It's a little city full of heart, culture, good food, great sunsets and amazing people. Sure it can get to -40 degrees here, but that's just part of the adventure.
I am always looking for new projects and collaborations...
Jared Gagne is the instructor of the 3D modelling & 3D printing class. He got into programming video games at a young age, but needed graphics for his projects. So he took up 3D modelling and animation, which led to him making game pieces for his favorite board games by using 3D printing.
Jared is always happy to see new projects whether that be an inch tall figurine or an hour long animation.
